Creating an Account (Buyer & Seller)

Getting started on Nutrada is quick and straightforward. Whether you’re a buyer searching for trusted food ingredient sellers or a seller aiming to showcase your products to a global audience, your journey begins by creating a verified account. This guide will walk you through the steps and explain the key differences between buyer and seller registration. Why You Need an Account Buyers: An account lets you search the seller database, save favorites, contact companies directly, and manage your shortlist of potential partners. Sellers: An account unlocks your seller dashboard, where you can add products, upload certifications, make announcements, and respond to buyer inquiries. Step 1: Visit the Registration Page Go to nutrada.com/register. You’ll see two options: Register as Buyer or Register as Seller. Choose the role that best fits your purpose. Step 2: Fill in Your Details Basic Information - Full name - Business email address - Password (choose a secure one) Company Details (for sellers) - Company name - Country / location - Business role (Manufacturer, Distributor, Exporter, etc.) - Contact phone number Buyers only need to provide minimal information to get started, while sellers must add more details to establish credibility. Step 3: Email Verification After submitting your registration form: 1. Check your inbox for a verification email from Nutrada. 2. Click the link inside to activate your account. 3. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. This step ensures your email is valid and prevents fake accounts. Step 4: Company Approval After email verification, what happens next depends on your role: For Buyers - You can immediately log in and access the platform. - Once inside, you can complete your profile, save sellers, and start exploring sellers. For Sellers - A review popup will appear informing you that your account is pending approval by Nutrada’s admin team. - You will not be able to log in until your account is approved. - Once approved, you can then access your seller dashboard. Step 5: Completing Your Profile Once you have access: For Buyers - Add company details (optional, but recommended for credibility). - Set up your preferences to get better seller recommendations. - Explore the sellers by using search filters and saving sellers. For Sellers (after admin approval) - Upload your company logo and complete your profile description. - Add products to your catalog so buyers can find you. - Upload certifications and documents for verification (e.g., GFSI, Organic, HACCP). - Set up your announcement section to showcase current offers or updates. A complete profile increases trust and visibility in search results. Step 6: Start Connecting Buyers: Begin contacting sellers directly through the Contact Company button, or save sellers to your favorites for later. Sellers: Respond to inquiries from buyers, post announcements, and keep your catalog up to date. Best Practices - Always use a business email rather than a personal one — it adds credibility. - Keep your company details accurate and up to date. - For sellers, make sure all certifications are valid and not expired. Verified sellers get more inquiries. - For buyers, complete your company profile so sellers take your requests seriously. Conclusion Creating an account on Nutrada is the first step to unlocking a world of opportunities in the food ingredient trade. Buyers gain access to verified sellers across the globe, while sellers can showcase their products and connect with serious buyers. 💡 Tip: Set aside 5–10 minutes to complete your registration thoroughly, and you’ll be ready to build trustworthy business relationships on Nutrada.

How to Verify Your Profile

On Nutrada, account verification is an important step that protects the platform and builds trust between buyers and sellers. Important: Nutrada requires admin approval after you register — your account will remain in a pending state until an administrator reviews and approves your registration. Only after that approval can you log in and perform full account activities (upload documents, edit profile, add products, post announcements, respond to inquiries, etc.). This article explains the exact flow and what you should do at each step. Quick overview - Register (choose Buyer or Seller) → Register as buyer or seller - Admin review → Account set to Pending Approval (you cannot log in for full access yet) - Admin approves → You receive confirmation and can log in and complete your profile and uploads - If required, upload certificates/documents and complete secondary verification from inside your account Step-by-step process 1. Register (Buyer or Seller) - Go to the registration page and select Register as Buyer or Register as Seller. - Fill required fields (full name, business email, company name for sellers, country, business role, phone). - Submit the form. Tip: Use a business email (not a personal mailbox). This makes verification smoother. 2. Account set to Pending Approval - After you submit registration your account will be placed in a Pending Approval state. - During this period the admin team reviews the information you provided. You will not be able to log in for full platform use until the admin approves your profile. 3. Admin review (what the admin checks) The admin typically verifies: - Basic company details (company name, address, contact information) - That the registration information appears consistent and business-like (business email, phone) - Any supporting documents you may have submitted as part of registration (if your workflow required initial upload) If anything is incomplete or unclear the admin may request more information before approval. 4. Approval notification & login - When admin approves your registration you will receive a notification (email or platform message). - After approval you can log in with the credentials you set during registration and access the full dashboard and features. 5. Complete your profile and upload documents (post-approval) Once you can log in: - Sellers: complete company profile, add products, and upload certifications and documents (GFSI/HACCP/Organic, business registration, COAs, etc.). - Buyers: complete company details and preferences so sellers treat your inquiries seriously. - If Nutrada requires a secondary verification step for documents, upload them from your dashboard under Documents or Certifications so they can be reviewed and displayed as verified. Note: In this setup, document upload and detailed profile editing typically happen after admin approval because you must first be able to log into your account. Status labels you may see - Pending Approval — Registered but admin review not complete; limited/no login access for full features. - Active / Approved — Admin approved; you can log in and use the full platform. - Restricted / Needs Info — Admin needs more information; check messages or your email for requests. - Rejected — Registration not approved; you will normally receive a reason and steps to reapply. What to do if verification is delayed or rejected - Check your email and spam folder for messages from Nutrada. - If the admin requests documents or clarification, respond quickly with clear, legible files. - If your registration is rejected, follow the provided reason, correct the issue, and re-submit. - Still stuck? Use the Help Center (help.nutrada.com) or the platform Contact Us / Support link to open a ticket and ask for guidance — include your registration email and any document references. Conclusion Nutrada’s admin-first verification flow helps keep the marketplace safe and ensures only legitimate businesses join. Remember: your account must be approved by an admin before you can log in and perform full activities (document upload, profile updates, product management, announcements, responding to buyers/sellers). Follow the best practices above to make verification smooth and quick.
